Upon scheduling, please note there is a 3 hour window of arrival, if you will not be home during that time - please leave key, access code or instructions for entry to home. Depending on the size of your home and cleaning schedule, 1, 2 or 3 cleaners will enter your home to clean. $60 is due if cancellation or rescheduling is requested within 24 hours of cleaning.
We confirm home square feet online via your county's appraisal district website and this is the one used for pricing and is for livable square feet only, the garage is not included in livable square feet.
Payment is due before the cleaning technicians exit the home. Only Paypal, venmo and zelle accepted, no cash or checks. Gratuity/tips if desire to give, should be added to payment. The teams cannot accept cash or gifts/items.
Inside fireplace, inside china cabinets, pots/pans/bakeware/tupperware/blenders, light fixtures/light bulbs, vertical hanging blinds, range hoods/exhaust hoods/vent hoods, oven drip pans/trays, broiler drawer/trays, shower heads, baby items (diaper pails/toys, bottles, tubs/potty toilets), top ledges of fridge, under beds/furniture, BBQ grills, walls, beams/rafters, tall ledges, pillars, garden/patio items, animal waste/feces, dog beds/cages/kennels, roach/ant/pest infested areas, fitness equipment, pool tables, blood, carpet stains, t.v/electronic devices not cleaned. Rooms with excessive trash, toys or clothes on floors will not be cleaned or additional fee is charged for picking up. Beds or heavy furniture/rugs cannot be moved, packing or handyman services not available.
Pets
Please make sure your pet(s) are not in way of cleaning. They must be in kennel or in another room.
A Cleaning to Remember conducts background checks on team members via Info Cubic - Info Cubic is defined as a "Consumer Reporting Agency" by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Please be sure to obtain sufficient evidence and contact us immediately regarding theft concern.
If any accidental damage or breakage occurs, we will get in touch with you immediately. Please note that we are not responsible for damage resulting in normal wear/tear including loose items. If blinds are thin, paper or fragile - we are not responsible for those falling or tearing.
If you are not satisfied, please notify our office within 24 hours of the cleaning (includes the weekend) via phone. The same technicians will only re-clean the area(s) you call regarding. Please note, we are not able to offer discounts or refunds. If you request area(s) to be recleaned more than once, a fee will be charged for time spent.
We provide affordable weekly, biweekly, monthly, one time and move in/move out cleanings. Contracts are not required. Please note - if on a biweekly schedule and biweekly week is skipped per client's request, the next cleaning will be at monthly rate.
